n8nhub.work is a marketplace enabling Sellers to list and sell n8n automation workflows and Buyers to purchase licenses to use them. By using the platform you agree to these Terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share credentials or license keys with others.

Revenue share. You receive 90% of the purchase price per confirmed sale. n8nhub.work retains 10% as a platform fee.

Payouts. Earnings are paid via bank transfer at the end of each calendar month. Contact n8nhub@proton.me to register your bank details. You are responsible for providing accurate details. n8nhub.work is not liable for failed transfers resulting from incorrect information.

Payout threshold. Minimum balance of $5 USD required. Balances below this roll over to the following month.

Prohibited listings. You must not list workflows containing malicious code, hardcoded third-party credentials, or content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law.

Listing review. All listings are reviewed by admins before going live. We may reject or remove listings at our sole discretion.

Taxes. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes on income earned through n8nhub.work.

License grant. Upon payment confirmation you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-instance license for one self-hosted n8n instance.

Prohibited actions. You must not decrypt, reverse-engineer, or share your license key, or run the workflow on more than one instance simultaneously.

Single-instance use. If you migrate to a new server, notify us through your dashboard. Simultaneous multi-instance use is a breach of these Terms and may result in license revocation.

License revocation. Licenses may be revoked for Terms violations, refunds, or chargebacks.

Payment methods. n8nhub.work accepts credit/debit card payments via Lemon Squeezy (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and USDT TRC20 via NowPayments. By purchasing you agree to the applicable processor's terms.

Payment confirmation. Licenses are issued after payment confirmation — not browser redirects. Contact support within 48 hours if payment confirmed but no license was received.

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of workflow licenses, all sales are non-refundable once a license key is issued.

Refund exception. A refund may be considered if a workflow is demonstrably non-functional or materially misrepresented. Contact n8nhub@proton.me within 72 hours with evidence. Approved refunds result in automatic license revocation.

Disputes. Raise disputes with n8nhub.work before initiating any chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact result in immediate account suspension and license revocation.

Workflows remain the intellectual property of their Sellers. By listing you grant n8nhub.work a non-exclusive license to store, encrypt, and distribute your workflow for marketplace purposes. n8nhub.work's platform and branding are owned by n8nhub.work and may not be reproduced without permission.

n8nhub.work does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify these Terms with 14 days' notice to registered users. In the event of platform discontinuation (60 days' notice), pending payouts will be settled and Buyers will retain access to downloaded workflow files, though license verification will cease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, n8nhub.work is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation at n8nhub@proton.me. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal channels.

Email address (authentication, notifications), display name (optional, seller profile), bank details for sellers (provided via email to admin for payout processing), purchase records (license issuance, payouts, compliance), license key hashes (HMAC-SHA256 only — never plaintext), IP addresses (rate limiting, fraud detection), license event logs (audit trail), and encrypted workflow files (AES-256-GCM — never stored in plaintext).

Exclusively for: authenticating sessions, processing transactions and issuing licenses, calculating and issuing seller payouts via bank transfer, verifying licenses on execution, detecting fraud and abuse, responding to support requests, and sending transactional emails. We do not use your data for marketing or advertising.

• Lemon Squeezy — card payment processor. We never see card numbers.
• NowPayments — crypto payment processor. Receives order amount and identifier only.
• Backblaze B2 — encrypted file storage. Cannot read file contents.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Railway — managed PostgreSQL database hosting.
• Vercel — platform hosting. May log IP addresses for infrastructure purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

• Account data — retained while active, deleted within 30 days of verified deletion request
• Purchase and license records — 7 years for legal compliance
• License event logs — 12 months
• IP address logs — 30 days
• Encrypted workflow files — deleted within 30 days of listing removal

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact n8nhub@proton.me — we respond within 14 days.

AES-256-GCM encryption for all workflow files. HMAC-SHA256 for license key storage. Rate limiting on all API endpoints. TLS for all connections. Card payments handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we never receive card details. Report vulnerabilities to n8nhub@proton.me.

One session cookie set by NextAuth.js to maintain your authenticated session. No advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.
