n8nhub.work is an online marketplace that enables individuals ("Sellers") to list and sell n8n automation workflows, and enables other individuals and businesses ("Buyers") to purchase licenses to use those workflows. n8nhub.work acts as the platform operator and intermediary. We are not the author or owner of any workflow listed by third-party Sellers.

By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or license keys with others. n8nhub.work is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the platform.

Eligibility to sell. To list a workflow, you must register as a Seller. You confirm that you are the original creator of any workflow you list and that you hold all intellectual property rights to it.

Prohibited listings. You must not list workflows that: contain malicious code, spyware, or any code designed to harm systems or users; include hardcoded API keys, credentials, or tokens belonging to third parties; infringe on any third party's intellectual property or trade secrets; are materially misrepresented in their title or description; or violate any applicable law.

Listing review. All listings are reviewed by n8nhub.work administrators before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

Revenue share. For each confirmed sale of your workflow, you receive 90% of the purchase price. n8nhub.work retains 10% as a platform fee. These percentages are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payouts. Earnings are paid out in USDT on the TRC20 network to the wallet address you provide in your account settings. Payouts are processed at the end of each calendar month for all confirmed sales in that period. You are responsible for providing an accurate and functional wallet address. n8nhub.work is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by you.

Payout threshold. A minimum balance of $5 USD equivalent is required for a payout to be issued. Balances below this threshold roll over to the following month.

Taxes. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on income earned through n8nhub.work. We do not withhold tax on your behalf.

License grant. Upon purchase and payment confirmation, n8nhub.work grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-instance license to use the purchased workflow on one self-hosted n8n instance. This license is personal to you and cannot be assigned, sublicensed, or transferred to any third party.

Permitted use. You may use the purchased workflow for personal or commercial purposes on your own n8n instance. You may not resell, redistribute, share, lease, or otherwise make the workflow or any portion of it available to third parties.

Prohibited actions. You must not attempt to: decrypt, decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of any purchased workflow; circumvent or disable any license verification mechanism; share your license key with others; or run the workflow on more than one n8n instance at the same time.

Single-instance use. Your license is intended for active use on one n8n instance at a time. If you migrate to a new server, notify us through your dashboard so we can update our records. This is a courtesy step rather than an automatic technical lock — but using a single license across multiple instances simultaneously is a breach of these Terms and may result in license revocation at our discretion.

License revocation. Your license may be revoked without refund if you breach these Terms, a refund is issued for your purchase, a chargeback is filed, or if we determine the license is being used in violation of these Terms.

Currency and processor. All transactions on n8nhub.work are processed in USDT on the TRC20 network via NowPayments. By making a purchase, you agree to NowPayments' terms of service in addition to these Terms. Prices are listed in USD and converted to USDT at the time of payment.

Payment confirmation. Your license is issued only after on-chain payment confirmation is received via the NowPayments webhook. Browser redirects do not confirm payment. If payment is confirmed but no license is issued, contact support within 48 hours.

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of workflow licenses, all sales are final and non-refundable once a license key has been issued.

Exception — material misrepresentation. A refund may be considered if a workflow is demonstrably non-functional in the manner described, or materially misrepresents its capabilities. Refund requests must be submitted to n8nhub@proton.me within 72 hours of purchase with evidence. Approved refunds result in automatic license revocation.

Disputes. Any payment disputes must first be raised with n8nhub.work before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will result in immediate account suspension and license revocation.

All workflows listed on n8nhub.work remain the intellectual property of their respective Sellers. n8nhub.work does not claim ownership of any workflow content.

By listing a workflow, you grant n8nhub.work a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, encrypt, display, and distribute the workflow for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

n8nhub.work's platform, branding, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by n8nhub.work. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the platform outside of its intended use.

If you believe content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, contact n8nhub@proton.me with details of the alleged infringement.

n8nhub.work does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to discontinue the platform with 60 days' notice. In the event of discontinuation, all pending Seller payouts will be settled and Buyers will retain access to their downloaded workflow files, though license verification will cease.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n8nhub.work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or any workflows purchased through it.

n8nhub.work is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, security, or fitness for purpose of any workflow listed by a third-party Seller. Buyers use purchased workflows at their own risk.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to n8nhub.work in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting n8nhub@proton.me.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels.

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the platform:

• Plaintext license keys — only HMAC-SHA256 hashes
• Plaintext workflow JSON — files are encrypted before storage
• Payment card details — all payments are handled by NowPayments
• Passwords — we use magic link authentication only
• Browsing behaviour, analytics, or tracking cookies
• Device identifiers beyond what is necessary for rate limiting

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Authenticating your account and maintaining your session
• Processing transactions and issuing license keys
• Calculating and issuing Seller payouts
• Verifying licenses on each workflow execution
• Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Responding to support requests and resolving disputes
• Sending transactional emails (license delivery, payout notifications, account security)

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, behavioural advertising, or any purpose not listed above.

We share your information with third parties only as necessary to operate the platform:

• NowPayments — Payment processor — receives purchase amount and order identifier only.
• Backblaze B2 — Encrypted file storage — stores AES-256 encrypted workflow files. Cannot read contents.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery — receives your email address and email content for delivery.
• Railway — Database hosting — managed PostgreSQL instance.
• Vercel — Platform hosting — processes all web requests, may log IP addresses for infrastructure purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers.

• Account data — Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
• Purchase and license records — Retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance, even after account deletion.
• License event logs — Retained for 12 months from the date of each event, then deleted.
• IP address logs — Retained for 30 days for security purposes, then deleted.
• Encrypted workflow files — Retained while the listing is active. Deleted within 30 days of listing removal.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent

We implement the following security measures: all workflow files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage; license keys are stored as HMAC-SHA256 hashes — the plaintext key exists only in the delivery email and is never logged or stored; all API endpoints are rate-limited; all connections use TLS in transit; access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only. If you discover a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to n8nhub@proton.me.

n8nhub.work uses a single session cookie set by NextAuth.js to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is essential for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies of any kind.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
