How payments work

n8nhub.work offers two payment methods: credit/debit card (via Lemon Squeezy) and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency (via NowPayments). Choose whichever works best for you at checkout.

Card payments accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You are redirected to a secure Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout page.

USDT payments redirect you to NowPayments showing a wallet address and the exact amount to send. NowPayments monitors the blockchain and notifies us once payment confirms on-chain.

License issuance is triggered by payment confirmation — not a browser redirect. If your browser crashes mid-payment, your license will still be issued once payment confirms.

What you receive after purchase

Within minutes of payment confirmation you receive an email containing your unique license key. The workflow file is downloaded separately from your buyer dashboard.

Your license key is generated once and shown once. It is stored as a one-way hash on our servers — we cannot recover it if lost. Save it immediately in a password manager.

Your workflow file is AES-256 encrypted at rest. It is decrypted server-side only at the moment you click Download, after we verify your license is active.

How to install your workflow

Step 1 — Go to your buyer dashboard at n8nhub.work/dashboard/buyer.

Step 2 — Click Download on your purchased workflow. You receive a ready-to-import .json file — no plugin, no setup needed.

Step 3 — Import it in n8n: Workflows → Import from File → select the .json file.

Step 4 — Run it. License verification is built directly into the workflow and runs automatically on every execution.

How licensing works

Each license key is unique to one buyer and one purchase. It cannot be transferred or shared.

Every downloaded workflow has a license-check built directly into it. On each run it confirms with our server that your license is still active before continuing.

If your license is revoked the workflow stops on its next run. There is no delay and nothing to manually update.

Single-instance use policy

Your license is intended for use on a single active n8n instance at a time — this is a policy in our Terms of Service.

If you migrate to a new server, notify us through your buyer dashboard so we can update our records. Running the same license on multiple instances simultaneously is a breach of our Terms.

How selling works

Go to n8nhub.work/sell and upload your workflow .json file. Add a title, description, price, and category.

Your workflow is encrypted immediately on upload. The raw JSON is never stored in plaintext.

An admin reviews your listing within 24 hours. You are notified by email on approval or rejection.

Every confirmed sale puts 90% of the sale price into your pending payout. Payouts are processed via bank transfer by our admin team at the end of each calendar month. Contact n8nhub@proton.me to register your bank details.

Refunds and disputes

All sales are final. Workflows are digital and delivered instantly — refunds are not offered as standard.

Exception: if a workflow is materially different from its description, contact n8nhub@proton.me within 72 hours with your purchase details.

If a refund is approved the license is revoked automatically and the workflow stops on its next execution.
