How payments work

n8nhub.work uses NowPayments to process all transactions. You pay in USDT on the TRC20 network — a stablecoin pegged to $1, no price volatility.

When you click Purchase on a listing, you are redirected to a NowPayments hosted page. Send the exact USDT amount to the generated wallet address. NowPayments monitors the blockchain and notifies us the moment your payment confirms on-chain.

License issuance is triggered by the on-chain payment confirmation webhook — not by a browser redirect. If your browser crashes mid-payment, your license will still be issued and emailed to you.

USDT TRC20 is the only accepted payment method. This allows global access without chargebacks or currency restrictions.

What you receive after purchase

Within minutes of payment confirmation, you receive an email containing your unique license key. The workflow file itself is downloaded separately from your buyer dashboard — not attached to the email.

Your license key is generated once and shown once in the email. It is stored as a one-way hash on our servers — meaning even we cannot recover it. Save it immediately in a password manager.

Your workflow file is AES-256 encrypted at rest. It is decrypted server-side at the moment you click Download in your dashboard, after we verify your license is active.

How to install your workflow

Step 1 — Go to your buyer dashboard at n8nhub.work/dashboard/buyer.

Step 2 — Click Download on your purchased workflow. You receive a ready-to-import .json file — no plugin, no setup, no separate decryption step needed.

Step 3 — Import it in n8n: Workflows → Import from File → select the .json file you downloaded.

Step 4 — Run it. License verification is built directly into the workflow and runs automatically in the background on every execution.

How licensing works

Each license key is unique to one buyer and one purchase. It cannot be transferred or shared.

Every workflow you download has a small license-check built directly into it. On each run, it confirms with our server that your license is still active before the workflow continues.

If your license is revoked — for a refund, a Terms violation, or at your request — the workflow stops on its next run. There is no delay and nothing for you to manually update.

Single-instance use policy

Your license is intended for active use on a single n8n instance at a time. This is a policy stated in our Terms of Service.

If you migrate to a new server, notify us through your buyer dashboard so we can update our records. Running the same license simultaneously across multiple instances is a breach of our Terms and may result in revocation.

How selling works

Go to n8nhub.work/sell and upload your workflow .json file (exported from n8n: three-dot menu → Download). Add a title, description, price, and category.

Your workflow is encrypted immediately on upload. The raw JSON is never stored in plaintext on our servers.

An admin reviews your listing within 24 hours to verify it is functional and accurately described. You are notified by email on approval or rejection.

Every confirmed sale puts 90% of the sale price into your pending payout. We pay out in USDT TRC20 to your wallet at the end of each calendar month.

Refunds and disputes

All sales are final. Workflows are digital and delivered instantly — refunds are not offered as standard.

The only exception is if a workflow is materially different from its description. Contact n8nhub@proton.me with your purchase details within 72 hours.

If a refund is approved, the license is revoked automatically and the workflow stops on its next execution.
